There is absolutely NO WAY to update an iPhone 5s to iOS 14. It is way too old, too under powered and no longer supported. It simply CANNOT run iOS 14 because it doesn’t have the requisite RAM to do so. If you want the latest iOS, you need a much newer iPhone capable of running the newest IOS.
